THE CHALLENGE

Michael Minson, Owner/Founder at Level Up Group, engaged Intune to help build a business/brand platform and build a 3-5 year strategic growth plan. Through facilitated leadership team sessions, we developed a business strategy and brand communication outlining key service elements, distinctions, and company mission, vision, and values.

From this strategy work, the Intune design team created a unique identity for the Level Up Team starting with the logo, and extended to all agent-client touchpoints.

Intune’s creative department worked diligently on this logo and branding identity package. There were multiple goals and a variety of design parameters that existed within this creation, such as the logo needing to be co-branded and blended with existing Keller Williams logos, yet distinct enough to work alone.

The final logo direction nods to both ascension in growth and real estate and maintains all previous connections to brand and values.The original logo was then utilized to build out the LUXE division of Level Up Group.

By thinning out the ascending triangles and reflecting it on the bottom the new logo appears as a status diamond symbol. All iconography has helped in delivering a design system that is not only versatile, but engaging.

BIG WIN: This work has been credited with the group’s rapid rise in 18 months to be the #1 Real Estate Team in San Francisco.
