1ST THURSDAYS MONTHLY, 5-6 PM PST
Please join us for this FREE monthly empower hour of womxn supporting womxn in a safe, open learning environment where you will leave inspired and more confident to express your voice and gifts in the world.
Created for change makers, business leaders, and emerging social impact visionaries. Come as you are, open to receive, learn new ideas, and offer your wisdom.
As a woman of color myself, I really believe in shining the spotlight on Women of Color entrepreneurs, business leaders, social justice and social impact advocates, or womxn living in this time. This is our offering to come together and share stories, hear each other, witness each other and support each other with our networks, resources and the learning. It is to uplift underrepresented women’s voices, identifying resources in the world so we can build a meaningful community of support.

Teams are simply groups of human beings. And can only move at the pace of the relationships that connect people together. More importantly, the relationships within a team have a direct impact on how quickly and successfully an organization orients and achieve its goals.
In today’s dynamic of change and uncertainty and operating in various remote/Zoom scenarios, building and operating a Dream Team can be extra challenging. If you’re growing a business, launching a new product, or solving a crisis, how well a team works and collaborates together can be THE determining factor in your level of success.
It is time to reinvent our social and cultural systems. Taking a stand for change by advocating for people of color can feel vulnerable, daunting, awkward, and uncomfortable. IS my responsibility as a white leader with influence?
Let’s talk about Possibilities
It’s time for reinvention
