Far too often we see leaders thinking the only way

Far too often we see leaders thinking the only way they can be radically innovative and blaze a trail is to focus on product, clever advertising, or cost management. But in our work we find the simplest answers are the ones that make the biggest difference: investing in your people, building trust, fueling inclusive culture. Your best people stay longer and perform better (as happy people usually do), and costs drop as the whole enterprise becomes more in tune. Different focus, same results.
Moral of the story? You don’t need some colossal flash of inspiration or genius insight to blaze a trail, just a spark and a subtle shift in perspective.
